Thank you for choosing to retreat with us.
Please take some time to read over the following terms & conditions you agree to adhere to upon booking.
Deposit
To reserve a spot on this retreat, a non-refundable booking fee of £300 per person is required upon booking. This can be paid when a booking form is submitted here.
Payments
Payment of the outstanding balance should be made on the following dates:
50% of remaining balance due 30th March
100% of remaining balance due 31st July
Single Occupancy: £724.50
Double Occupancy: £449.50
Payments made are non-refundable.
If payments are not received, I will reach out to you to remind you of your outstanding balance.
If no payment is made, I reserve the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space.
If you are struggling to meet payment dates, please reach out to discuss alternative arrangements.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available if you would prefer to split the balance into more sustainable smaller payments. If so, please reach out following your booking and deposit payment to make these arrangements.
Guest Cancellations
If you need to cancel this retreat, please let us know in writing, via email, as soon as possible. Any payments made when cancelling (in adherence to the above payment dates) will not be refunded in any eventuality or circumstance. A lot of time, energy and love is poured into the creation of these retreats, and as hosts we have to account for outgoing costs, as well as administration time and efforts to resell your space, running the risk of not being able to fill it at a later date.
Cancellations made by Us
If for any reason we have to cancel or change the date of retreat, you are entitled to a full refund or will be given the option to transfer the sums paid to another retreat.
Travel Documents and Immunisations
It is the responsibility of each traveller to obtain all required travel documents, including Visas and other travel documents (where necessary), unless otherwise noted. Information regarding necessary documentation is provided per trip on booking or you can contact us for more detailed information regarding your trip requirements if you are unsure.
It is your responsibility to purchase correct immunisations, where appropriate. Please contact your nearest travel clinic for the latest requirements.
We also encourage you to obtain travel insurance to protect you from any risk that you cannot travel, or for any issues with flights, baggage, illness or other eventualities while on retreat.
Your Health
By accepting this Participant Agreement, I (the trip participant), represent that I have no physical conditions or medical precautions which would adversely affect my ability to take part in the retreat, including the practice of yoga and movement, and any other physical or cultural activities offered on this retreat. I fully understand that my participation in yoga, or any other activities, could be injurious to my health and I voluntarily assume all risks related to such activities.
Personal Release
By agreeing to the terms outlined here, I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation in a retreat, including but not limited to damages as a result of unexpected occurrences, including those from weather, local political situations, wildlife or uncontrollable acts of God, including the risk of death. I release Marie Williams and anyone in association with this retreat, including venue owners and retreat collaborators from liability for personal injury, illness, emotional damage, incurred travel expenses or property damage I may incur as a result of participation on this trip. For the benefit of everyone on your trip, Marie Williams reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the trip, she may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the trip. Marie Williams will carry no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the trip prior to its conclusion, or for any activity undertaken by any participant which is not included on the trip itinerary.
