SCOTLAND RETREAT
May 12th-16th 2025
Join me for 'Homecoming', a retreat held in my beautiful homeland in the North East of Scotland near Aviemore in Nethy Forest.
While this retreat is a coming home for me personally, it is an invitation to embark on your very own 'homecomings' too.
Come home to Mother Nature
Reconnect with her wild and welcoming embrace in the Cairngorm mountains. Our retreat home is nestled within the forest of a national nature reserve.
Yoga will be held twice daily in the peaceful woodland tipi, heated by log fire. With daily opportunities to immerse yourself in the surrounding nature, including meditation walks and forest bathing, Cairngorm mountain hikes, wild swims, and getting out on the water of the nearby lochs.
Come home to yourself
Anyone who has experienced my teaching or retreated with me already, will know that yoga is not just something we 'do' while on retreat. For me, it is the centre of the whole experience, giving reason and purpose to our coming together. It is what plants the meaningful seeds of intention and inquiry for our retreat revelations - which often come to us with great clarity as we reconnect to our centre and sense of self. It is my opinion, that we all come to yoga looking for this clarity; a direction and understanding that helps us make better sense of ourself, and in turn, support ourselves more fully, wholeheartedly and compassionately.
From this grounded place of being, through the process of release, return and retrieval, we start to open to life more fully, and feel more truly ourselves as we return home.

Practices will be guided and led with this intention, of coming home to the body and a sense of self through yoga and somatic self-enquiry. Expect meaningful, intentional daily rituals and self-exploration.
